He just hung around with the bad persons while being caught by the show business just a few time before his death, that's at this time he met coke, never before. His sharpness was from years of hard training everyday since his childhood (with his father among other coaches, he started at 8 y.o). Pls give him some respect and don't fuel gossip and myths while you don't know the whole story. He diserves much respect. This guy was really exceptional and also very friendly (may be too friendly with the wrong folks for sure...and that killed him!). He was found dead from cc in somebody's appartment yes, but he was never an addict! He didn't even smoke neither drink alcohol.

Et les débutants alors, ils font quoi, ils regardent les exercices pas adaptés à leurs capacités ? Du coup c'est bidon ces exercices. Meme des ceintures noires depuis 20 ans de pratique n'arrivent pas à faire ces exercices. Faut arrêter le délire
this is by far my favourite KATA and Mr Milon does it justice, through out my 35 year involve in this game only a few handful achieve this standard. bravo Sir very well done speed rotation and same height no ups/down smooth fluid execution(very much jealous ) thank you.
Excellente technique . Je dirais superbe. Mais bon pour les articulations des genoux il est préférable de garder une réserve et ne pas donner les coups à fond cela risque de faire beaucoup de dégats d'articulations dans 20 ans ou plus et donc ne pluspouvoir marcher.

These are dynamic stretches use in martial arts. A class session can be just dynamic stretches, it will help you to improve on your high and low kicks. It takes time to get to this level. Stay with it and you will be able to do them.

Some of Milon sharpness can be attributed to cocaine. An overdose of that was from what he died, if I am not mistaken.
