After the incident with shiggy's quirk Izuku was found by inko in the verge of death. She quickly hurried to the hospital were the kid was treated and, after some weeks, he recovered well but he had some sequels after that (migraines, fainting, fatigue, lack of sleep..). Inko stayed with the little boy through all this stuff, after all the woman always wanted a baby but she had a miscarriage, that's the reason why he went to that house, cause she wanted to visit his brother (Shigaraki's dad, All might's teacher as inko's mother AU). She realised that the child would be putted in adoption because of the loss of all his family, so the woman decided to adopt him. Everything else and also every change or development that anyone wants to do can of course be added. For Izuku's physical appearance: He can have red eyes and black hair like his brother. Also some dark circles under his eyes for the lack of sleep The quirk: It could be the opposite of Shigaraki's, creation. He can regenerate and basically reverse his brother's quirk, also create things out of nowhere instead of destroying them. Hope y'all like the idea ☺️☺️
