The Air Force says: “Red Flag is an opportunity to enhance the readiness and training necessary to respond as a joint force to any potential crisis or challenge across the globe. These exercises build partnerships and interoperability among our allies and across domains. Red Flag provides complex-realistic scenarios concentrated on warfighting in the European theater.”
Much of this material was received with low, or no, discernible audio.

Going to Vegas in a fighter jet. Fancy.
I was curious as to what equipment you are using? I have been to red flag several times now, but left before dark. I just bought a Canon EOS 5DS (50.1mp resolution) and I have a Canon EF 75-300mm f/4-5.6 III lens. Will that be sufficient to get some nice stills with the city in the background and some 'burners?
Also, I have been finding it difficult to locate exactly where people go to get these shots as well as how legal (or illegal) it is for that matter.
This is official USAF footage made from inside the base. I don't know what equipment was used. When I shoot from outside the base in daylight, I use lenses like 100-400 or Sony 200-600. But I doubt you can get views like this USAF video from outside the base. Anybody else have some experience to share?
Sound?
Sometimes the material we get from Nellis has low, or no, discernible audio.
@@airailimages All good, the nighttime burner action is so awesome!
