This song came out during my fight with brain cancer. I heard this for the first time while getting radiation therapy. It so lifted my spirit,and makes me want to never give up! Skillet is one of the very best Christian rock groups to ever exist!

After the album Collide they are considered in my opinion to be one of the best bands.

Ok, not necessarily meaning that we should enjoy harming ourselves because that would be awful, but more so on learning to hone in on our personal defeats and failures that we have to endure in order to learn how to become a better version of ourselves, and become more resilient and stronger against those failures and difficulties. Seeing them as a virtue in order to get more better. That's why I love this song even more, and why I love Skillet's music. Definitely cannot wait for Dominion to come soon

The Lyric "To be more than a conqueror, you have to learn to enjoy the pain", can all be summed up in Romans 8:31-39. The walk to be a Christian, is the Hardest path you can take. Which Is why you see them with anvils around their ankles walking around. We have our cross to bare as Christians, It is no easy task (Matthew 16:24). But well worth it (Which is an understatement).

I just went to a concert at Colorado Springs. Yes Jen Ledgers Voice is incredible and truly legendary at the drums. That concert was absolutely incredible. It's LEGENDARY!

You will not regret it. I've been to 10 of them. The first concert I went to of theirs was in 1997. I've been following them ever since. Their music has helped me through many thing in my life

Alien youth was the first time I'd heard them, and I listen still, even though I'm in my forties. The Victorious Album is my Fave. I can listen on repeat, and never get tired of them!

When I got the notification this was out I immediately came thinking, "Is this gonna be one of there hype ones or one of the ones that make you think?"

I have overcome & literally survived suicide years ago where doctors told me I was lucky to be alive, Overcoming that period of time and Sustaining my Belief in Jesus, taking back My Faith, has ALOT of credibility to the Awesome band Skillet!, I'm inspired to write songs of Victory, of Overcoming All that the enemy tries to throw my way, The Amazing Love of Jesus conquers All!.

You know? Skillet is called either a Catholic or Cristian band, but me, an agnostic person, finds their music amazing and I've been listening them for years now. I haven't been convinced about religion not even once, I just...enjoy their music. And I know a lot of people like me, with another religion or without religion, that thinks the same. Skillet is just delightful :)

Skillet fan since 2006 collide album really helped me get through my teen years.
I was newly saved and wanted to listen to rock music but with a positive uplifting vibe.
I love that they reach everyone. No matter what you are going through ,where your at, they have a message of hope!
I've been a fan of skillet since I was like 15 or 16 I discovered them in my youth group at church and I'm 33 now and I'm still a HUGE fan!!!! I've seen them live(AMAZING!!!!) and they are just a great band. Their albums have gotten better and better. Every song has great messages. Love you guys 🖤🖤🖤🤘🤘🤘💯💯💯

Ive seen them 4 times in Concert. Last time was over 10 years ago... Ive always thought they were amazing, but this last 5 years they have just gone up to a whole new level. They have literally transcended to absolute pure awesome sauce.

The real Skillet has always been here, every band or artist has the right to experiment with sound or change overtime. To me Skillet has always been and will remain my favorite. I like every album, every song, even their softer songs which can have deep meaning.

@@artanmcmanus Kevin Churko is absolutely dreadful, one of the worst producers and a big chunk of why the sorta Sirius XM Octane rock scene sounds homogenous and not great. Skillet had a decent thing going when they were working with Howard Benson, and they self-produced parts of their last album (which ended up sounding far better than the Churko-led tracks on there) so why not just have the band produce their own shit and go fully independent? Architects are doing that with their recent stuff and they sound far better sonically than Skillet does right now.
I was at the show in Cleveland when you played this. Life changing. I battle migraine style headaches daily. It never goes away. Some days the battle inside gets pretty rough. But this song has become my anthem. I will not let this ruin my life. I am turning this pain into my strength for the battle. Standing for Christ and rattling some walls. Thank you Skillet!!

I may not know a lot about Skillet but what I do know is that this is one of the best bands that have stuck around. Going from the 2000s to now is not what I thought ever would happen. This band is a legend.
