Yes I am watching this in 2021 Sep 15. Don't know how many days after this interview. Thank you so so much.
Thanks for uploading this 🖤
His example of Ireland and Palestine is so apt in how the British and Israeli governments see them.
Upload the Tony Randall interviews please
Can you please upload interview clips of the late, great Robert Shaw. He was such an interesting and engaging guest appearing on the show at least 5 times.
e.g. Woody Allen/Robert Shaw/Beverly Sills/Jacqueline Wexler (29 Dec. 1969
Please post the 3rd and 4th Bobby Fischer interviews
1989 it is and should be written in the headline.
Why? What has changed?
Nothing!
@@wesleyjohndelaney106 The troops are gone, the good friday agreement etc. My point it that a date should be put on the post to say this is the Dick Cavett show from 1989.
I have never heard such crap in all my life, It is the people of Northern Ireland`s democratic wish to be part of the United Kingdom and they are proud to be part of that Union.
@73reider it’s not really tho cuz 99% of the people who wish to remain part of the UK are descendants of British planters who had no right to come over and confiscate the land of the native Irish people in the first place
Is this channel ever going to show Dick Cavett shows where he interviews Jackie Gleason and/or Art Carney? I don’t have the Decades channel at all.
breslin had his moments but he should have given up the ahh shucks lets go have a beer at the pub...image he sought so hard to hide behind...he shows courage here...especially for the Palestinians....but instead of being taken aback by it.....he should have made it expected.....
do have nothing against the other celebs that were on this show but is this channel ever going to show the Dick Cavett shows where he interviews Jackie Gleason or Art Carney? How about any Honeymooners actors that were part of the main cast? These are rarities much like all the other Dick Cavett shows on UA-cam.
Nice to see a totally one sided view of this issue presented, with two now opinion presented from the other side. This is of course pre 911. I wonder if anyone now could possibly view this or any similar issue as black and white nowadays.
Two people who think they understand a problem but really had no idea...It does happen.
You and your people are the problem
@@wesleyjohndelaney106 You know Zip.
@@johnhalley974 so what's the problem then?
Synopsis: Those terrible people who don't want to live in a theocracy that takes away their rights to freedom of choice in contraception, abortion, and the education of their children without religious indoctrination MUST be educated so that they will understand how foolish and destructive their resistance to conquest is.
Supporters of the Republic of Ireland love to talk about how terrible the English are. What they won't tell you is that a majority of the population of Northern Ireland are Ulster Scots and/or Irish Protestants, and they are also the vast majority of the victims of the IRA.
They won't tell you this because they hate us so much that they want to pretend we don't exist. They try to pretend we don't exist because they've spent 400 years trying to wipe us off the face of the earth, but we're still winning, and they can't stand the humiliation of always losing a fight they start.
