Good honest review! I think what you said pretty much sums it! I have four bikes in my stable, and fortunately, the TW is one of them. It's nice to go ride a smaller lighter motorcycle once in a while, and the TW is a great bike to go take a ride on! It is a cool looking fun bike. It's like owning a brand new vintage motorcycle!
When you say you become very uncomfortable, explain. Does your rear end hurt because of the seat? Does your back hurt due to your posture? Are you’re legs cramped from being bent to much? How tall are you? What exactly causes your pain? Is it the full ergonomics of the bike? I’m just curious, because my first street legal bike was a Ninja 600, and I believe that the Ninja was more uncomfortable than a TW200... Especially at my age now.
@airadaimagery692 Well, I went for a ride and pondered your question, made a video, but I didn't like the way it turned out, so, to answer your question. I came to the conclusion that I'm uncomfortable because I'm old, fat and out of shape. There's a good possibility I'd be uncomfortable on any bike after a long ride.. That being said.. The TW seat is a little too soft, again possibly/probably because I'm too heavy. Someone younger, fitter and thinner would probably not be uncomfortable riding it 👍
@@westcoastdualsportadvent-cj5qn hey! I appreciate the time you took to analyze my question, and offer your feedback. I rode a TW a long long time ago, probably 20+ years ago, and I couldn’t remember it being uncomfortable at all. But now that I’m getting your perspective, I understand where you are coming from. I just turned 52 this year, so I’m no spring chicken either. The older I get, the more health issues I have been facing, and the more medication the doctor has been prescribing. Last October I finally had enough and started exercising and eating right. I lost 15lbs and got off 2 medications. This has also made my dual sporting adventures much more enjoyable, and I can ride harder and longer. It was really tough the first 6 weeks or so, to get into the grove, but it’s been well worth the pain and sacrifices.
I wish we got the tw in europe. I want to move the the usa so much you get all the cool bikes and can actually go offroad legally. We have the tet trail and apart from that your mostly not allowed to do any offroad.
@partykrog8121 I'm in Canada, eh.. A lot of the back country is gated by the forest company, but finding dirt to ride on is fairly easy. It's a sweet bike 👍
@takumisato7126 We only have 2 highways on the island. The inland highway, max speed 110kph and Old island highway, max 80kph. I went on inland highway once. Top Speed 131kph going Downhill. I stay on old highway

@pugnboots5683 You got it 👍
Ow!
But yeah, TW200s are the perfect putt around bike. More chillin' then thrillin'
@stephanematis "More chillin' than thrillin' " 😂

Have you taken it on the highway?

@@westcoastdualsportadvent-cj5qn kind of scary on the highway?
@@takumisato7126 It's not fast enough for the inland highway. I stick to the old highway, max 80kph.
