Try tech-7 or warrior off ebay for cheap universal front paddock stand. Mine happens to be a Harris one specifically for a GSXR1000 that just happened to fit, but not perfectly. Harris do universal ones too, but is more expensive than others, but better made.
The ones I took off were 'Bridgestone Battlax SC'; the ones I put on are 'Michelin Pilot Road 4 Scooter'.
