I’m moving into an Assistant Superintendent role in the next few months at one of the largest Private Real Estate Developers in the country. They are up to date on this type of planning and I can’t wait to put this information to use. Like most builders should they rely on field experience but I need the help with this side of management. When are you ever gonna give us a full practical experience with the TPS COUPLED with LPS.
I mean when are you gonna take a project and plan it step by step , from the Foundation to completion while going into details with how you do the work density analysis (the software you use while doing so…) a real pull plan (I know you have made some in this channel of yours but it wasn’t very detailed in my opinion). I want to see where you guys get your production rates from.
Speak to us like we are 5 years old kids for God sakes.
