The man in the Komatsu shovel needs a lot of training. Those half and third full shovels are not good.
I've seen some of these videos before this one and it's always been when they dump in the pit. Untill this video I never knew this was iron ore
I don't understand it: sometimes these people work for 15 minutes without success with these strange hooks. But here you can see that there is a normal excavator grab!

This obviously is not a US Iron Mine. I see an excavator with a severely cracked windshield, machinery running with no safety guards in place, an employee with a rag covering his nose and mouth in place of a dust mask.
