Very informative video Michelle. I really like the idea of collecting photos of setups I like and finding some commonality between them. I also like that you’re not afraid to show people that your office space has some clutter. So many office videos remind me of that Italian Nona’s room that is for decoration only. Offices have stuff, and one of the things I’m struggling with in my redesign is how to manage that stuff while trying to make it look clean.

While I do strive to be a Nona (or whatever the aunt version is), yes, you've nailed it: clutter is a part of life.
I've always found that its helpful to remove as much clutter as possible before starting. That alone can transform a space, even without adding anything new.
