Nelanekkarika thambuli | Thambuli recipe explained by Sudarshan Bhat Bedradi, Bhat‘n'bhat
A simple dish known as 'Tambuli' can be prepared Instantly. This can be prepared by using many leaves. Here we are using 'ನೆಲ ನೆಕ್ಕರಿಕ' eared leaf diamond flower. This requires careful Identification of plant. Young/tender leaves "Tambuli" tastes super with rice.
Ingredients
Two full hands of Tender nelanekkarika leaves
Ghee 2sp
Jeera 1sp
Grated coconut 1cup
Salt to taste
Buttermilk 1cup
Water
