First, starting with the exterior elevation and obviously what is the upgraded landscape package. The crêpe myrtles really look nice. Next moving into the kitchen which is really the main area that you would find me in since I’m the one that prepares all the meals and does all the cooking. In the primary suite or what we used to call the master bedroom. Nicely done specially the wet bar area in the media room across from it first time I’ve seen one of those, but that definitely gets the double check mark. The only other thing that would really make this house is sing for me. Would be to be on the dominant hill in the neighborhood. Thank you for showing us his home, by the way, is it still on the market?
