DM is responsible for both K&M being there,as she relentlessly begged K to come back (even showing up at her house) & M has plans to go out of town with her boyfriend that weekend,but stayed because K came. Maybe DM knows she will be in trouble because her part in making sure both girls were there will be revealed. She may not have known all that would happen...but is still guilty by getting them at house at that time.
IMO not the cartel. Cartels do not clean up or hide their crime in fact they do the opposite. They proudly display and claim their murders. Rugs may be involved most likely but not a cartel. Thank you.

Oh sweetie yes you would even sober. She had no clue if it's was one of the other house guest friends or Ethan. Dm was very new to that house she don't know half the people they know. Growing up in the city running around trap houses (hate to admit some night 500 people come in out there and I would know maybe 5. The DM is a very normal response for a teen. My son would go to sleep over at his friend's and I will be like who was there he would name 5 or 6 and I was like there more than that there and he would be like I don't know the rest so very normal and my kid don't drink get high or anything.

Makes me wonder about the PCA stating that DM did not say that she recognized the intruder. Why not say “DM did not recognize the suspect” unless they didn’t ask her? In which case, why include it in the PCA? The way they left it, she could have in fact recognized them. Seems very strange they wouldn’t have asked her before putting that statement in there. I’m sure she lawyered up, but seems like a simple question to answer.
Everything about this case stinks to high heaven. There are too many strange anomalies to not question the crime timeline and scene.
I don’t get why they would pass out calling 911 when they listened to the crimes happening and text about it. Stayed in the house for hours and then all a sudden calling 911 is too much

There are ALWAYS multiple books written in big cases before the case goes to trial. So many people think they know what happened and have to make money off it.
Don’t forget the president of the University wrote a book that was out months after it happened, with an entire chapter on the murders, even naming BK as the killer. He had 2 hour meetings with police, twice a day when it happened. How was he not gagged in the order?
The only ways the killer would stick around an clean up would be a) if they lived there
b) if there were drugs in the home and the deceased only knew where they were stashed, that would mean the remaining would be looking and scouring the house for drugs
c) If this is sophisticated and organized group 1 did the killings group 2 right behind to clean up
d) they were in on it or had close relations with the killer, they would clean up things in order to cover for someone they had a closer relationship with
e) They were under duress and scared beyond their minds, they were told to stay in their rooms as these 2 had no ties to the drug dealings and whomever ordered or planned these murders felt they assisted enough to not include those 2, DM calling KG to come to the party, KG had no interest in returning 2 the college
There was a cleanup is where I get lost in all this, while the scrubbing an cleaning going on your telling me DM did not hear someone scrubbing right outside her door?? Or could it even be her shoe print? The shoes could have been disposed of along what ever items were removed in that 8 hour period

Personally speaking i want to be buried not cremated however i want to honour the wishes of the person who died... but as teenagers who most likely haven't discussed their preferences & that this is an ongoing case.. it seems strange to cremate when it would destroy all evidence.
Many times in past cases they have exhumed & discovered further evidence.
In that situation i would def bury my child till case is over. I would want the truth, how ever that looks. I can't reconcile a family cremating a child before the assailant/s is confirmed.

So sure, with Moscow PD explicitly lying to the public about the whereabouts of the two untouched roommates that night, stating they were on first floor and heard nothing (as a weak explanation why they hadn't reported the crime)... from 1am until noon.
So sure, maybe they all took doses of fentanyl provided by Demetrius and Emma Bailey just as Caden Young was murdered. Maybe Bethany and Dylan sold a form of it for them to friends and K + M + X were all moving out to get tf away from these two "roommates" - allegedly.

I think Bryan is innocent and I still think Dylan and Bethany were involved there's so much evidence pointing to em but yet somehow they are not getting charged with anything. And during the press conference the police stated the 911 call was made for an unconscious person who was pronounced dead....so them passing out doesn't make sense, but them covering up and keep passing the phone around to multiple people makes sense.

Please do yourself a huge service by getting a wireless mic or a condenser microphone on a boom or a small stand. The head set thing creates massive spiking in volume. These girls know who really did it. Period. And it’s unfortunate because I feel that the college does know who really did it too. And this feels like an entire BK part was an attempted coverup.

Hi. I love your channel . There is bodycam footage from police on Nov on the accident with a car on the same night as the unalivings. I saw it on .... I can't remember, but the footage is out there. The thing is I can't stop thinking how disturbing it was for Mr. In the footage it shows the cops pulling up to a young girls house and they are telling her that her car was involved in a hit and run. What was disturbing is how the young woman was acting. She seemed, in my opinion, terrified. She kept asking for her father and was real uneasy, almost like she was scared of the police that were there. I will try and find the footage and pass it along. I was just wondering your thoughts on that situation if you have seen it. Thank you for doing what you do.

One of the Lady Commentators played the first part of the 911 call, it was A man talking and he said nothing about people in the House! He said someone was locked inside a car on the Property and would not come out and was passing out! Someone that was scared to open that door or even roll down the window, Supposedly that person was transported to the Hospital!
Wow, I haven't heard that. I did hear, a long time ago, that there was a 5th victim that was taken to the hospital. Then never heard anything else till recently someone talked about the 5th victim (I don't remember who) and was saying they had heard that too. But couldn't find an ambulance call. However, they said there is a video with an ambulance at the crime scene.
The 911 call has Not been released and legal under Gag order at thus time

That seems to be the case. Indeed it could be even _after_ police were on the scene... Remember Murphy wasn't suddenly discovered, in Kaylee's bedroom, until 6pm in the late evening on 11/13... How weird/sus tf is that?
As to whether or not this was a retaliation hit surrounding the issue of drugs..... there are a lot of people dealing drugs who are not part of a cartel. So referring to it as a cartel hit is a bit misleading. No, I don't think this was a hit by the cartel, i.e., 2 women and 1 dog were left alive. That said.... it could certainly be retaliation by local powerful dealers because somebody in that house has snitched.
As to why 2 of them were left untouched, there is only one explanation: they were in on it. On some level, they participated in it. So, cartel? No. Local dealers? Possibly yes.
I believe the two alive roommates were very close friends with the killer that snapped when he found out Kaylee had the abortion over a month ago. And the frat boys were told Ethan and xana took kaylee to the abortion clinic along with matty. In my oppion

I question the location of the doordash bag and cup. Seriously, do you know anybody that sits fastfood bags on the back of the sink? Xana was known for being a clean freak. The drink was half full. Those things are expensive. I would have that drink sitting by me so I could finish it. I have never had my name on the bag of a doordash order. It's printed on the receipt. It makes me wonder if the bag was planted with Xana's name on it.

Reports there could be punishment in Idaho for those folks that didn't report the crime right away. Like the roommates that waited to report it and others who got snap chats that knew about it by 930 am that morning and 911 call was hours later.

I would think the Defense would want to be shown prrof that every spec of DNA in the house was tested and cleared.
They do and are fighting for the unknown male dna to be tested but Prosecution says, it wasn't test and so no results to share.
I don't think a person is legally required to report a crime in progress. It would be the right moral thing to do. But, if one doesn't, it is not against the law in the USA.

Everyone just needs wait till the gag order is removed that will clear up a lot of the BS.
