i need help.. the lever at my thumb doesnt return to its original position if i shift it two clicks at a time.. but works ok if i do it one click at a time.. what do i do
this is a pretty common issue,because of neglect and no maintenance. Try this: take it apart, clean it lubricate or grease it(sand,dirt,old grease can make the mechanism stuck), change gear wire(a dirty worn-out wire can make the mechanism get stuck).
