How do I get Outlook to stop saving files in my Library > Group Containers folder?

Outlook for Mac saves data in the Library > Group Containers folder by default, but there are a few ways to manage or reduce the storage impact:
Steps to Manage Outlook's Storage in Group Containers:
      Limit Offline Data:
Go to Outlook > Preferences > Accounts.
Select your email account and click Advanced.
Under the Sync settings, adjust how much data (like emails) is downloaded and stored offline. For example, you can set it to sync only the last 30 days instead of everything.
      Clear Cache:
Open Outlook, then go to Outlook > Preferences > Accounts.
Select the account causing the most storage usage, click Advanced, then click Empty Cache. This will clear locally stored data, but emails will still be available in the cloud.
      Use Web-Based Outlook:
If the storage is still an issue, you can consider switching to Outlook Web App for certain tasks to avoid large amounts of local data being stored.
Unfortunately, there isn’t a built-in option to change where Outlook saves these files, but managing the sync settings and clearing the cache should help control the data stored in Group Containers.

@@indigosoftware9625 Hello, thank you so much for the quick response. I'm using version 16.78 on my Mac, but unfortunately i do not see a 'Sync' settings under 'Advanced'. Could 'Sync' possibly somewhere else? I'm unable to find it under Help also. Thank you in advance!!
