I turned off my ESP about an hour ago and got into a car accident just 30 seconds after turning it off. Talk about bad luck. I lost control when turning and drifted everywhere.
I always have mine off if you really got the wheel like you you don’t need it. They really just add it for safety for people with low consciousness, and can’t drive. I believe to be a good driver you have to have a high vibration of consciousness plus I like drifting
@@Sevan59 not really, the only thing they have in common is that they use the brakes to regain or keep control. ABS prevents locking of the brakes when... well, braking, if you lock up you loose control of the direction and maybe the rear. ESP on the other hand, applies brake force selectively even if you are not braking, think of it like this, ABS prevents you from locking while braking, but ESP makes a wheel behave like an anchor to gain stability even if you are not currently braking
Similar but not the same! ABS is the base system for antilock braking only. ESP adds steering geometry to refine vehicle dynamics with yaw rate. ESP II adds active steering to refine geometry further. All of this doesn't mean much if you use poor quality tyres with limited grip in certain driving conditions.
Brought my truck to Firestone and there diagnostic test shows I have to put back the stock air filter system as i have installed K&N kit. I am still having this ESP lights on together with engine check. What must be the problem?

This technology is honestly amazing and awe-inspiring.
Thanks Bosch for ESP, Proud to be a Boschler!
Is it invented by bosch?
@@TechCopps No, but they make decent drills.
But hey my water heater is from bosch
Esp Saved my Live !!!!
Nobel Prise for the inventor.

but why would u turn it off?????
@@arushdeep5521to drift 😂
lol! I did the exact same thing just out of curiosity and skidded sideways when turning a corner.
I will never touch the ESP button ever again 🤦♂️

Great video explaining ESP! Thanks for sharing!
Seriously BOSCH invented CANBUS. Bosch invented ESP. BOSCH invent stuff that generally, not always, but mostly, is just amazing. WELL DONE BOSCH
Amazingly explained.
GOOD EXPLANATION
Very nice explained...🤞
Your voice is awesome 👏
Thank you for explaining esp system
Verry informative. Thank you.
Nice video overall, except the animation in the first 10 seconds, it looks more like a bike than car lol! (seems they got roll effect in reverse)
Simply put, the ESP uses tank steering if normal steering isn't enough.
Ty
amazing
Amazing
Same as abs?
No, abs (anti lock brakes) stops the wheels from locking (stop rotating) when you brake too hard. Locked wheels can cause an uncontrolled skid.
@@lninjadudel esp also distributes brake pressure , so the same

Why do people deactivate this feature commonly?
1) drift
Because living on the dangerous side is all about deactivated ESP and swerving sideways down the road into oncoming traffic.

Have you found out
So cool
So in summary esp makes steering away from obstacles easier and safer right?
From Dodge caliber 1.8 manual it keep on appearing and make the car to lose power. I think mine ESP it's malfunction. How do I fix it.
Did you watch the video?
esp is abs ?

and i thought i knew what ESP is :O
Esp
My esp turn on its own when I was driving never happened I’m worried is my vehicle broken or something
If i want to drift i need abs and esp off
No, you need ESP off and ABS on. ABS prevents your steering wheels from locking up when breaking.
No, you need a snowy road.
I like this style so much. If anyone who can tell me how to make this animation ?
blender
GRINDER.
