like the champ is too short range so even if you are good enough to hit all your skillshots you will still have to build tanky hecause otherwise you just get 1 shot. other shit champs like veigar can work around being borrible champs by building full glass cannon and positioning really well :P
As a ryze player i dont go ROA anymore because of the time it takes to get damage. I go Seraphs, Ludens, then blackfire since the huge mana i get becomes AP.
ye i figured that as well, roa feels like shit, the build path is horrible, and it takes ages for it to build up, seraphs into damage or at least cosmic feels way nicer
helps a lot with akali matchup if you go null magic early, no dring start, into sit on negatron if needed for abyssal 3 or 4, wish neme tries it one game! edit: source- onetricked ryze in gm s9-13 and still play it in gm/chall rn if u need a bit of credibility
@@Goldeneye3336building roa just warps your build mindset in a bad way, lack flexibility. It’s ok to itemize defensive to delay the spike if it means you don’t have to base ever 1 minute like nemesis had to. This is tempo you’re gaining by investing gold into negatron cloak.

So true. Neme is a smart guy. I would love to see him go pro again, but not in a strong team. I wish he could go to a mediocre team and go far with it, like carry them all far. Forexample Humanoid isn't better than our Neme but he has a team that plays so much around his late champs. If onjly Neme could find such a team..! I bet Neme would also be more positive now with his teammates. He learned his lesson that friendship makes great teams not critics..

can anyone explain why he would think Cosmic is bad on Ryze? HP is good, haste is good, movespeed is good and the bonus passive movespeed makes it easier to w after using e on someone. I really dont understand why he would say its bad when it feels so good to buy, to me atleast.
Because once you hit a spell on ryze, you will already get a fuck ton of MS and cosmic drive is just kinda overkill. He has phase rush, q passive, w slow, he doesn't actually need more in combat ms. Cosmic doesn't help him engage either. What Ryze does need from items is damage + durability, not utility. AP HP AH are nice stats, but there's like 10 items you would rather have.
@@alext8060 but you might not need phaserush especially with this new cosmic. imo conqueror feels way better on ryze (taking into account that you wont be blinding the champ since he is so horrible, but actually picking him in games where he would be good. seraphs, cosmic, rabadon, riftmaker with conqueror feels so strong in fights, you are just a raidboss, you should give it a shot. also i played him in high emerald/low diamond but still.
when you said it feels easier last hitting with ryze with dorans ring because of the 5 extra damage to minions, were you comparing it to mana crystal? Doesn't tear still have the 5 damage to minions too?
they should make abyssal work in like attack max attack range like cait and give it nerfs for ranged/ meele instead of that piss circle that requires you take damage with the tank item.
Lord that I hate that there’s really no counter play to Akali RE. The only interaction with the abilities is if the Akali messes it up or not, that or you end up flashing. Zzzz interaction

Mage have Long range with cc control. Some of them have dash like liss but it is not necessary for them to have dash. I mean look at Hwei. He has move speed, shield and his EQ It can be a counter to any Assassin in addition to cc and slow with long range. Giving mage dash will ruin what they are and I hope that doesn't happen , another example lux she have long range, cc , slow and shelid , ext
Every assassin needs a dash. Every figter needs to be a tank fiora healing and w, Aateox healing, Gwen W , Riven sheld , mord sheld and healing, Gnar mr and armour and health. Every adc needs to have a strong or reliable on auto attack. Every mage needs a long range ability. This is the game.
vlad is a very poopy midlaner right now, he is much better top with rabadon rush, on mid you are juts worthless for he first 20 min of the game while your laner is free to do whatever
Leave Anivia alone ! Her gameplay is a bit unconventional among mages but it's perfectly functional and satisfying if you're into it. The only acceptable thing they could do IMO is change her E cast paradigm and numbers so it better matches the rest of her kit's range and pushes her towards AP+AH rather than AP+HP.
