If the midsole manages to last 100 years without falling apart I’ll give them props, but they’re just bland. The unions have more character than these. Although I will admit, the presentation in the Dior stores were top notch. It was so cool to see it broken down and what went into it.

Honestly, the price point alone just makes you look at these differently. Price just overshadows the “quality and design” of this “shoe.” Not to mention the INSANE amount they reselling for. Unless you a celebrity, who got these as a gift, there’s no way you’d feel comfortable wearing these.
I'm starting to think that hype-shoe scene is just a bunch of hormonal little boys trying to 1 up each other.
Literally killed the history of AJ1 - why the shoe has gained success.
I think the history remains personally... new eras, new generations but the Jordan 1 still stands. That’s some serious longevity.

Grey and blue are actually my favorite colors, so they hit the nail on the head in my opinion.

I love these. They are the right amount of changes while still looking classy. Most of these collaboration sneakers use every single material and colour possible and end up with the ugliest shoes ever. These have a timeless design. I like the highs better, but I even like the low after watching this. You could put these on the shelf and everyone who sees them will ask about them. There will never be a time where someone sees them and thinks the trend is over for them unlike the majority of other hype sneakers out there.
I wish they would start making all AJ 1 Lows with this style heel tab and Nike Air on the tongue. So much better

Let’s be honest, these are considered a designer pair of shoes, not just a regular sneaker. The material are top notch made in Italy. You’re paying for luxury. Do I think they’re worth 20k, nah but understand why it’s so expensive. People are calling these sneaker of the year but in order for that, It has to be a shoe everybody wears and I highly doubt people are gonna walk around in 20k shoes, well unless you’re drake or Travis Scott.

This is why I switched up & started back rockin the og puma & fila. Brands I grew up on that I don't have to be in a raffle or fight at a store or be online for days trying to get.. I would rather have a pair of off-white High ones with tons of money to spare then those. Not worth the hype exclusivity 8500 pairs I don't think so. Maybe if there was 15 pairs. 8500 doesn't seem to exclusive these days. And the lows on top of it yeah it's a pass hard pass.

I really like these, only because Dior isn’t trying too hard. The Dior logo swoosh is all they need to make the point that these are high quality. Way too much money, but less is more imo

Because people are materialistic even more so when a known expensive brand places their stamp on it. My bet is the shoes were still made in the same Asian factory as every other Jordan.
I think these are pretty, absolutely Gorgeous, both pairs along with the apparel and the materials on it look great. I think retro’s are over priced because of the Jordan name which is fine, I just think we could be getting better materials than we do with how much they charge. Or at least bump the price up a little (not much) to make room for higher quality materials.
