Thanks Kirsten! I’ve never been a believer in fasting and I’ve been focusing a lot on protein lately. I wish sleep was better, but with the hot flashes waking me up every hour to two hours, it’s not great sleep anymore! Any advice on The Hot flashes? 🤪 Thanks for the amazing spin classes as well as the weights and yoga add ons!
I haven't found any promising nonpharmalogical strategies pertaining to hot flashes at this time... but it's a very active area of research! I'll look deeper into it as that's a great video topic idea! Keep up the great work Terrianne! 💖💖💖
@ thanks!! Talking to my Dr. about options has become depressing. Trying to manage through a healthy lifestyle and goods food choices. Limiting alcohol bc that definitely makes it worse. Definitely trying more organic ways to combat the hot flashes and night sweats.
Yes! Perimenopause just refers to the transition where your estrogen levels start to decline so this advice will still apply. Yoga is most beneficial when it comes to mitigating some of the psychological symptoms of menopause and stress management, but not so much for muscle building directly.
@@KirstenAllen ok wonderful! I will make sure to add in yoga as well for my stress and anxiety and aches and pains..ugh and be sure to do compound strength training along with your other recommendations. Thank you! ❤
