Made this today, what a treat! I do suggest cutting back on the salt though, like completely omitting the sea salt and just add 1/4 tsp of the adobo seasoning for the beef patty. And for the Cuban Pan de Manteca roll, it can be purchased at your local walmart. Amazing sandwich, kinda like a “deconstructed cheeseburger” like the recipe says, tasty stuff 😋
