I used to think you were a clout lifter when I first found your IG and you pulled 700 with straps, glad I was wrong because your progression has been insane to watch and each time I see you have a crazy goal for your next meet I’m now not surprised at all that you can hit it. what do you suggest to increase bench press ? I started gym 7 weeks ago, I think not could do 100kg and now I’m benching 3 plates but have bad elbow and shoulder pain what would help to increase my bench and help the pain
