Coming up on a year living at Beachwalk. I’ve yet to se ANY dog at the splash pad due to COVID. It’s a nice area but definitely are better options out there especially if you don’t want to pay a HIGH CDD fee.

@@dailyfreshero6025 for the St Johns area. I would recommend; silver leaf; World of golf village; Shearwater; Bartram springs. For Jacksonville I would say Tamaya if you can afford it.
We looked there, nice, but have to agree, high cdd. We decided on Ormond Beach community, bigger lots.

Just returned from visiting. We hope to move down once our home is sold and will rent as we figure out where to buy new home. Beach Walk seems nice but, the single family homes seem to close to one another with not enough property. Is there an area close by that has homes or new built with some sort of land. Pool would be ideal or enough land to build one.
Check out Seaside Estates, in Beachwalk. The builder is Dreamfinders. More house models to choose from and customize. The lots are bigger, enough to build a pool.
Also RIVERTOWN community by St. John’s River I heard and saw is nice 😊
