The theme the song follows is based on a Martha Graham quote "A dancer dies twice, once when they stop dancing, and this first death is the more painful." basically talking about how they're afraid of losing their passion for music one day. Jimin (the blue haired member you liked a lot) is actually a trained contemporary dancer who was top of his year in his prestigious art school (he's also very versatile with other forms of dance). They debuted in 2013 and it took years for them to start gaining popularity in south korea. They used to practice 12-16 hours a day for years. The fanbase is very diverse with people of all ages, races, nationalities, and genders. They have biggest selling album of all time in south korea and have had 4 number 1 albums on the billboard 200 in the united states (3 of which happened in less than 1 year). They also have best selling album of 2020 so far in the united states and worldwide. They have won numerous awards such as billboard music awards, mtv video music awards, and american music awards (still waiting for a grammy). They have also appeared on many talk shows like the Elllen show, Jimmy Fallon, James Corden, and Jimmy Kimmel. Also you can find subtitles in every possible language thanks to the fans, u only need to search with the name of the song. **Bts always present themselves as a Korean group, and always said they don't want to be labeled in a genre or industry. Aw a new bts reactor. It's always endearing to see somebody react to BTS who hasn't seen them before. It's ok if you make mistakes or you didn't realise it's 7 members. You are at the beginning. I wish I recorded my first reaction to bts ( not to put online, just to have as a memory) back then when I confused the members amongst each other in ways that now seem so funny to me. BTS is 7 members (RM rapper age 25, Jin vocalist age 27, Suga rapper age 27, J Hope rapper age 26, Jimin vocalist age 24, V vocalist age 24, and Jungkook vocalist 22) from south korea. The name means bulletproof boy scouts in korean. All music videos have english subtitles just turn on cc on the bottom. BTS are considered kpop (korean pop) which usually combines english and korean lyrics. They cross all genres though, they have rnb, pop, edm, and hip hop and their songs often speak about mental health, self love, and many other topics. They debuted in 2013 and it took years for them to start gaining popularity in south korea. They used to practice 12-16 hours a day for years. The fanbase is very diverse with people of all ages, races, nationalities, and genders. They have biggest selling album of all time in south korea and have had 4 number 1 albums on the billboard 200 in the united states (3 of which happened in less than 1 year). They also have best selling album of 2020 so far in the united states and worldwide. They have won numerous awards such as billboard music awards, mtv video music awards, and american music awards (still waiting for a grammy). They have also appeared on many talk shows like the Elllen show, Jimmy Fallon, James Corden, and Jimmy Kimmel. Unlike a lot of groups from the past all 7 members get their chance to shine on pretty much every song unless it's a subunit or solo songs. BTS probably have over 200 song in their catalog. They have solo songs, their own solo mixtapes, and sometimes release songs for free on soundcloud. They got to speak at United Nations and donate to many causes. This year they donated 1 million dollars to the black lives matter movement. BTS have had to overcome a lot to get where they are today. Even here in the US they are still unknown to a lot of people because radio won't give them airplay because they sing in korean and a lot people don't consider them real artists because they are a " boy band" even though they help write and produce most of their material. Their story is so inspiring and their personalities are infectious. They are some of the most humble, hard working, talented men I've seen in a long time. Yes you can like their music without knowing much them personally but when you know the kind of people they are and what they have been through it makes you love them that much more. *Bts Is south Korean group, this days people prefer don't mix them with kpop. Kpop is just a label to say that everything that comes out of Korea is that (false) bts is not considered kpop because of its great repertoire of genres and that it does not follow the same line of the kpop industry.
1. They are 7, 4 vocalist, 3 rappers (2 underground rappers) all dancers
2. Bts compose and produce their own music, so is very personal, they talk about mental health, politics, society, their fans, self love, etc
3. They have a story behind their videos so is difficult to new people understand, we (the armys) used to read a several books and study set, philosophy, psychology and mythology to understand. Their last album for example was "map of the soul: 7" and is inspired by the psychologist book the map of the soul by Jung.
4. The army love them because they are good people who through a lot of bad things to be where they are now, and even being famous they stay humble.
5. They have a lot of genres but their base is very hiphop / rap. Also you can find subtitles in every possible language thanks to the fans, u only need to search with the name of the song.
**Bts always present themselves as a Korean group, and always said they don't want to be labeled in a genre or industry. The fans also do not want to be mixed with kpopers, (most of us aren't kpop fans) we don't have the same ideals
How to tell the members different through crackhead vision:
RM: has a deep ass voice, tallest one, has big dimples when smiling, fourth oldest, fashionista, Smart af, clumsy af, vote him for president tho(leader), meh at cooking
Jin: Squishy cheeks, perky lips, sharp eyebrows, usually wears to stand out from the others, visual, voice sounds like honey, gets angry a lot but not for long, oldest, CHEF

Yes..when u said that u feel heavy inside then it's absolutely legit that music transcends language because this song is the deepest deep (well, most of their songs are deep in meaning). I bet you'll be surprised if u watch the other version of this song MV (Blackswan Art Film by MN dance company). Please please please react to that. Hello our dear reactors thank you for giving your time to react to these talented men from south korea. I won't welcome you to our fandom yet because that is too early for that. My fellow armys are giving you already the basics so im just going to add bits that is very important for us fans. first We embrace criticisms or if you dislike them but we are sorry as not every fan will take it lightly specially if it is just to degrade the group. It is common for every fandom to have toxic fans, but please bear in mind that according to accurate facts most armys ranges to 30 years old and above. (please watch bts crash course and who is bts). I noticed that you seem liking theater musical. I guess you gonna really love BTS. BTS always put out story in their music video, choreography, performance, etc. I suggest you react to spring day comeback stage live performance, fake love comeback stage live performance, singularity music video, dionysus comeback stage live performance, etc. You gonna also really amazed how talented BTS as performers as well.
