So… I can tell its nearly impossible to fullfill the requirement of „being no burden to healthsystem“.
Requirements of Australia, Newzealand and Canada are more or less equal.
When being under a modern, regular treatment with medication, which is not available as generica, you easily end up with 3000 can$ per quarter. On Top comes the regular testing/monitoring at least 2 times, regularly 4 times a year.
So in fact these countries basically do not want to have immigrants with sicknesses to become part of their society. Poeple like hit this wall in Russia as well as in Africa and elsewhere. It basically means: Sorry, no matter you like it or not, no matter if your are wealthy, intelligent or whatever - piss off and stay where you are. That is exactly what this regulations implay as long as you do not have direct relatives already there or you are a refugee (who mirically crossed the Atlantic or Pacific Ocean)
How about if you have have brother and sister-in-law residing in Canada and they want you to petition? Are u still enable to reside in Canada even though your cd4 count was 750 and it is undetectable. Is there an any chances for those people living with hiv migrate in Canada? You can apply but work visa means staying beyond 3 months . You have to go do STDs screening . A + results =refusal. But polietly stated medical inadmissible. Try other countries ei ,usa or some Europe countries where your health is a business cuz you have to pay out of pocket or by insurance. Here in Canada I doubt.
