Big Prairie 897 & 912 are phenotypically correct females that are bred to lamb out of season, naturally. Big Prairie has never used any CIDRs or PG600 to get our ewes to lamb in the fall; we've selected for that trait. These ewe lambs are sired by Big Prairie 707, an NSIP outcross. He has virtually no relationship to anything in the NSIP system. Both ewe lambs are sound, rugged lambs with dimension and volume. They will make excellent brood ewes with production in their pedigree and eye-appeal.
