My theory is that McFarlane is releasing all of these different ones because once he releases the classic WW, no one will buy the others anymore. So he's just getting out as many as possible until he finally releases the classic WW
I think that’s insane. There are like 4-6 traditional comic Wonder womans he could make.

People say your theory often, their goal is to make money. It’s not like they release a good Wonder Woman people won’t buy kore. Same with Batman, there are SO many good ones they can do.
Classic silver age Wonder Woman, with and without pants. New 52, Rebirth, animated movies, etc etc
Wrong!, Dc have an schedule with toy makers. They use toys as part of marketing. Right now WW classic is not a priority, the flash one is. He have a license but DC needs to approve the figures. If DC wants Mcfarlane to make newer versions they need to do it. Also Mcfarlane love to make new versions of heroes. By the way I prefer the new head sculpt. There is a scene of one of the WW movie that she throw the Tiara to some cameras to avoid being recorded. That’s why she doesn’t have the Tiara.

I remember seeing a gold battle armor WW in the wild one time and her face was really wide on one side. It almost looked swollen . I just got my Shazam WW and thought that her jawline was a bit wide. I wonder if we got a bad batch? Maybe I can heat up the head and squeeze the face until it cools like someone suggested here. I'm glad Im not the only one who thought her jaw was a bit wide. Shazam one has a wide face
I gave the first release to my daughter, so I went ahead and picked this one up. I’m going to glue the tiara on her head. I love the new leg sculpt; but I’m a sucker for muscular legs. Also, yes we need a Classic Wonder Woman already! The whole community is begging for it!

I heated up the head, pulled the hair part to the sides and inserted the tiara. Once the tiara was properly placed, I heated up the head, squeezed a bit and held until it cooled down. The face is no longer wide. I'm very happy with the results!

the figure reminds me of the DC Direct Alex Ross Kingdom Come Wonder Woman - gonna need to make a tiara to be placed on her forehead - great comparison too
Don’t need to make one, just cut the sides shorter on this.

We sure do! This will fill in for now. Actually the first movie release will continue to fill that spot.
Years of collecting WWE figures had me sure that the tiara fit into slots in her hair.

Theres always gotta be something with Mcfarlane figures man. I really truly wish they would get their crap together already. I want to love that company but then they do things that annoy the sh!+ out of me smh.
They are awesome, still best 6-7 inch figures out there. Especially for the price, cheapest ones too!
Great review! Overall I think this is an improvement over the first figure but as with a lot of the McFarlane figures, something is off.

@@dHuntersReviews I think the improvement to the ankle ball joints and the legs is what does it for me. I plan on trimming down the tiara and gluing it to her forehead, possibly painting the flesh tone to the back of the boots the way it is on the WW 1984 figure.

Oh shit! It does come with a tiara. I thought it didn't come with one. Gonna have to pick it up then. She looks more like Tulsi Gabbard to me😂 maybe her head is wider because she's gotten older.

I prefer the 1984 version.
Gonna have to swap out the lower legs after seeing the inferior paint apps, looks like theres a lot missing from the new one. Also seeing the comparison, the older one is hilariously stick thin, she looks malnourished.
I think I prefer the first one overall…
The lower legs look the same but different paint job, to me. I like the metallic red. The face sculpt looks fine to me. Not sure if it’s too wide.
I’m looking forward to getting this, since I only have the gold suited Wonder Woman.

I was hoping this would be the perfect Wonder Woman but the Tiara not fitting on the head is a huge bummer. I'm definitely skipping this one because of that. So disappointed.
Not that you should have to, but I’ve seen a few people glue it in and cut off the sides and it looks good.

I correct you, in shazam the wrath of the gods gal gadot appeared but it wasn't her, it was an actress who played the actress but it wasn't her
In the scenes where you see her face, it is Gal Gadot.

@alex joca The director said it was Gal, She had a stand in to map out the scene and there was a stand in for the earlier scene when the guy's face was on Wonder Women's body. But Gal was filmed for the scene at the end.

I think the headsculp looks like the mary marvel actress. Maybe it is from a canceled figure and they used the head and legs on the old ww figure.
