There's no justice in south Africa, especially when you're going head to head with the state...
He did the right thing to withdraw to save his life. He has nothing to loose.
If the state had a strong case against the 5 accused they wouldn't torture them to confess after allegedly offering them money. Why torture suspects if evidence is already there?
These people were not tortured trust me one will confess such detailed confession and tell me they were forced impossible you yourself can never do that under any circumstances all me need now is Kelly and Makhumalo to the court

Teffo is ten times ahead of the state, this is why He keeps winning many cases against the state and police, He has made the state to admit that there is a second docket and most importantly forced them to concede that they won't prosecute the second docket against Kelly, and asked for the certificate of non prosecution so that He can prosecute privately, He will prosecute Kelly Khumalo using the second docket, note what He said yesterday, "I remain a watching brief on 374"...
The state strongest evidence against the current accused is the confession from accused 1 and 2...but the key man in the whole case is actually accused number 3 whim they claim had a gun that shot Senzo, and He is refusing to confess, and yesterday Teffo wanted to put it on record that his clients have been put in apartheid like torture situation of solitary confinement, the same argument that He has been saying in court that the police used apartheid tactics against accused 1 and 2.
In order for him to prosecute Kelly Khumalo He has to quit from the current case and prosecute privately, mark my words we are in for a treat

When the time is right, they should first lay out the events in sequence. Remember they are not charged
Teffo did good coz the justice system Shud HV allowed teffo to cross examine the people in the house as first suspects....but the state failed to excise such ....so dnt blame teffo for acting the way he did

I have lost interest with SA judicial courts and with Meyiwa's case why are people who were in the house not testify in court and tell SA what happened on that fateful day instead we see Kelly running down the Meyiwa's....Yikes SA is JOKE.
And the sad part is that Kelly is given the platform to do so , even after 8 years....last weeks disrespect was awful and disheartening to listen to
@Enca I don't know if you ever check our comments. It can't be that you only feed us with the news on Tefos withdrawal. You calling in Law experts to comment on Tefo s whatever. When are you going to rope in the so called law experts to question the prolonged appearance of the people who are alleged to being in the house during the time of the incident?
I think I'm glad Teffo has withdrawn, he helped but if one is realistic he would have messed this case, he prematurely discloses information that is relevant but not at the right time, kept repeating himself, doesn't seem to have respect for Mshololo yet they all fighting the same system and their cause is mutual. We need to look at things objectively, he is not a bad lawyer maybe this case was too overwhelming for him and expectations are high but am sure he will still help in the background. His radical stunts against even the judge were somehow very premature

Gerrie Nel said the 5 accused are the right people for prosecution, 2nd docket came out, I never heard him say anything about it, I don't know, maybe I missed it🤷♂️
He answered that question long time ago when it first surfaced, He said the second docket doesn't have a standing because it was never signed.
U knw teffo he is good lawyer but wht matter was here is our law is falling us to get closure an this law take us very long.An again I will like to remember this law we have be waiting mastermind. He did well by resigning cause surely he had nothing to offer except Bullying, Disrespecting colleagues that i lost respect for him, coming like a whirlwind then crashed.

Not really shocking we saw it coming. We neglected praying, definitely different spirits at play here. But the truth is all we want Lord God, we don't want innocent people going to jail for crimes they didn't commit.

I really don't understand the role of Gerrie Nel and Afriforum in this case. I know the Meyiwa asked them to watch the proceedings for them but I don't think they doing anything significant except seeing them in the media. Their comments are general and fail to comment on specific questions. I don't think it they should invited to discuss Senzos case because they not adding value in this case

Let's give credit where it's due, without Gerrie them nothing would have happened the family can't get closure due to police and state prosecutors sitting on their hands.Think Gerrie them gave the state and police rope to hang themselves, everyone wants to hear from the ppl that was in that house what exactly happened.

I Agree with Gerrie Nel. The Judge is very accommodating and patient. His a good man. Infact had i been the judge Counsel Teffo would have been jailed.
