Love how much the importance of breath is emphasized, that comment during firelog pose really helped me understand what is meant by "breathing into" a certain area. I suggest everybody subscribe!!

my hips and lower back have been so tight (i really need to invest in a better desk chair) This was such a great release and stretch. Also i didn't realize how much tension in my body. your prompting through the shvasana was so key to help me release all this inner tension. Thank you so very much!!

i've neglected my hamstring flexibility and core strength for a long time, so i'm using your guidance to slowly approach my goals!
Loved this. I’m in need of some pricey PT for my hips and knee and this really helped. Increased ROM after one session… I’ll be back!
