Karenina was invited by kuro(some dark side of babylonia community) to the moon for research while testing their new modeled frame (the one karen use on this image), then some guest we know from earth came to the moon to save his queen that kuro behold and experimenting. While doing so, he release some "gift" that some agent gave him thus make the moon base gone wrong and the "gift" consuming the omega energy(ig) and create some racist alien. Karen want to blow the moon base while 1v1 with the alien, babylonia in heat discuss but in the end gave the permission to karen, so she goes all out and the banger music start, but unknowingly the queen released herself by her own by absorbing the Whole punishing virus on moon thus weakening the alien and fled back to earth, so in the end karen kill the alien and doesnt need to blow the whole moon base. She back to babylonia "safely" by being passenger to the uninvited guess(unknowingly) and yeah he got found out and just yeet karen and the rest of passenger to babylonia.
The fact that you can compare it to HIKARI and that someone still favors it over the new ones just tells us of how consistent VGS's quality from the start is
