In that case, it’s best to avoid purchasing from that builder to protect yourself and your hard-earned money from being tied up in a questionable project. Instead, continue your research and invest wisely in the right project and builder when you find a suitable one.
@@rewsahil All units are the property of the builder, they may sell some immediately and some others later at a higher rate. That's up to the builder, they are not obligated to sell all units to customers even if they are available.
Some builders usually do not sell all units at once, they keep some premium ones with them so that they can sell later at a higher price, nothing wrong with that from a builder's viewpoint.
It is completely true, but creating an illusion that everything is sold out when it isn’t is misleading. However, if the builder clearly states that only certain units are available for sale, that is totally acceptable.
The only issue is dishonesty. If they clearly state the truth, then it’s up to the builder, and that is totally acceptable.
Independent flat fee real estate advisors are need of the hour.
