In this video I show you how to develop an Airtable system to easily swap AI prompts and models in your automations WITHOUT having to adjust the automation itself. You can also set up a backup AI platform in case another platform goes down so your automations keep running without an issue. Like if ChatGPT does down, you can use Claude or Perplexity instead.

I just joined someone else's Skool group who has good content and flows + other perks but nothing to this scale. Can tell you've worked with some larger businesses and more complex projects.
Are these blueprints included in the skool group? I told myself no more (because Skool is addicting - Sam and Hormozi knows what they are doing obviously) but if your including all the blueprints and prompts for these flows I can justify the expense.

Thanks for sharing. awesome. I have a question please. At the minute 27 thru the video, you entered a formula to insert the user prompt. why did not you map the user prompt directly from airtable module as it is shown on there. Thanks

What camera do you use? And how do you zoom in into each part again and again?
my editor does that. I use ecam live to record, its just a 4k screen record.

The "get variable" that should pull the "result" happens before the operation of the router, doesn't it?
How is it that he knows how to pull the variable when there is null if it happens before?
Or maybe I'm confused?

Its a good question. The first time i call it it will be empty but later after the set variable it will be there!
what's the main reason why you use airtable and not gsheets? is gsheets not viable for automation?
Airtable is just a lot more structured and better for not having issues.

It took me a solid three times watching a specific section of this and the "Explain Flow" button in Make to understand that the Iterator only sends one bundle at a time and not all three. I was thoroughly confused as to why you were writing the "Get Variable" before setting it. I was like "it's just gonna be null for all three bundles"....
Yea its a little confusing isnt it? I didnt realize until recently you could do it that way.

@@StephenGPope Thank you for the great content! I didn't know you could use "Get Variable" module before defining the variable using "Set a Variable" I thought it's gonna throw an error. So "Set a Variable" can go later in the scenario. Thanks again :)

Do you know how to generate a random number in Make so that later I can branch based on that?
Great question ive had that question in the back of my head for awhile and im not sure.

Use "round(random * 5)" for a random 0-5 integer.
Adjust 5 to change range.

Trying to figure out how to set up a part of my workflow that is downstream of a branch. The branch is to choose from two different image generators (Stability AI and DALL-E). Later in my workflow I am creating WordPress, Twitter, etc. posts that all use the image. After image is generated and before those posts, I would like to funnel whichever image source was used into one name so that the downstream posting will refer to that variable. Possible? How? I see there is a way to use airtable to do it. Is there a less involved way?

Does that mean you replace all LLM modules in your complex workflows with your own api call? Must eat up a lot of operations. Or do you only do it for simple flows like the tweet generator?
