Whatever you do, don’t kill an animal on your UA-cam channel because they will take your videos down just letting you know this my friend shoot a Deer and now he doesn’t have a channel on UA-cam so be careful you can’t even butcher an animal on UA-cam videos
Thanks for the concern. I plan to do much more hunting. I also hope to be successful at some point! I think it is something in the monetization criteria that your friend might have had issues with. I think as long as you are forward when you publish the video with what is in the video so they can assign appropriate ads it should be fine. I plan to be tasteful with it regardless.
@@wickedalaska ok you will find out the hard way I guess it was hunting season in November last year when he shoot a deer and a moose in northern Ontario Canada it had nothing to do with monetization criteria
@@mikemckinley1031 it's an interesting topic that I'm not trying to brush off. How does any other hunting channel get away with it? There are lots that show dead animals from hunting.
@@wickedalaska have you ever seen a show called Mountain men it’s not on UA-cam it’s on tv, ok was another channel they had some meat chickens and they decided to put them on UA-cam as they butchered them on video they are no longer I know of six channels that are gone I know there are millions of videos out there but people think they are getting away with it maybe some are you only need one person to report on you and you are done
This isn't true UNLESS you don't claim the proper selections when you post your video. Its gives you an option to select gun's/killing of animals etc when you post. Your buddy probably didn't read that section, didn't claim it and thats why they punished him for it.

Awesome video! Have taken my 4wheeler into some spots Sheep hunting that were pretty sketchy!!!
