Doesn’t that relay also run the wipers and radio? If it was just that wouldn’t that all have not been working?

Hi my flashers work but for the signal lights, the turn signal green arrow comes on solid and doesn’t flash. Do i need to replace my signal light switch?
I have the identical issue. Already replaced relay and blew it out with compressed air, no fix...@Mr.DIY69
