Muktsar Horse Fair or Muktsar Ghoda Mandi is an annual Pashu Mela or Animal Market held in Punjab (India) every year during Lohri and during Dussehra festival. The January Fair is called Maghi Mela and is one of the most popular Horse Festivals in India. The Mela Ground is also the venue for Punjab Horse Show held every year attracting some of the finest horses from all parts of India. In this Part 1 vlog of January 11, 2024, we tour the mela and interview some of the horse owners as also speak with some of the contestants of Punjab Horse Show. We hope you like this vlog.
