An important conversation. I have been working in "whole-brain" thinking styles since 1991 and have seen this conservative vs. progressive and left brain vs. right brain thinking preference dichotomy but had not seen any research on the correlation. I've always tried to honor both as legitimate even though I believe the conservative orientation prevents progressive movement to make things better.
