- Our trash today is a used envelope as a base.
To decorate it I am using the gorgeous Botanical Collage and Cluster Mega Pack printables from @thejunkjournalstudio - both the green and yellow kits (links below).
Let's get creating!
I value every like and comment I receive on my videos. I love hearing from you.

Trash Craft Tuesdays are my favourite of your series ☺and envelopes are my favourite kind of trash😃. Happy days...it doesn't get better than this. Thanks lovey💙💙
Envelopes are so fun. I love them, too. Thanks so much for your support, dearest. 🤗 😘
My husband is like that also. When I was working I did most of the shopping. I could stop on the way home. Now I’m retired and think about gas usage and making the most out of the trip. So I do believe it’s the male/female thinking. After watching, now I’m itching to collage. Have fun at the masquerade party. My friend, husband and myself used to go to Steampunk events, but haven’t gone since COVID. It was fun dressing up. Thanks for sharing this project.
Oh how fun, Robin. 😃 I've never done steampunk dress-up, but love the style. Gas usage is a critical component, isn't it. Everything has gotten so expensive. Have a lovely day. ☺
Hi Belinda, lovely envelope pocket thingy. I am blessed, my husband does all the shopping and all the cooking and when he shops he buys mostly things on special and multiple of them, he also shops daily if he can. So happy that you found your dress and are ready for the Ball you ‘Beauty’, you will be the ‘Bell’ of the Ball! Yes please, would love to see pics and hear all about it after the event, of course. Sounds like it will be fun, I hope more people dress up as it adds to the atmosphere and excitement of the night. Thanks for the visit 👍🥰🤗🇦🇺❤️😘
I hope more people dress up, too, but it's not looking hopeful. For the first time, though, I'm feeling confident enough to not be afraid of standing out in the crowd. ☺ You've got a good hubby there, Leesa. That's so lovely he can care for you in those ways. 🥰😘
Stunning!! Such a cool and brilliant idea, love how it looks.
Thank you, Selina. 😊 It continually surprises me the very many ways envelopes can be used. 😉
Great idea
Thank you, sweetheart. 😊 🥰
Yep, collage is fun. This is the second collage vid in a row I've watched this evening. Justine over at House of Mahalo was scrapbusting and doing more simple collages - not to cover everything. So it's great to watch 2 very different ways of using collage in projects. And an envelope project is always handy 😁🥰 I especially like the browns and muted greens you've used here. As for the shopping, my hubby's pretty good these days, but if there's a special on something, he's likely to buy more of it haha. But we live pretty close to the supermarket, I can walk there if I really want to... and what with doing the main shopping for all of us, and then taking 2 adult kids to do their shopping when they need stuff, I can be at the shop daily, sometimes more than once in one day, like today🤦♀
Collage has a great deal of variations when I stop and think about it. Creativity has no end. 😁 I could go to the supermarket daily, but find one shop fortnightly so much easier to budget for, leaving enough spare to cover the perishables like milk needed in between. I'm enjoying hearing about others shopping habits, it's very interesting. 🥰
@@visualisednz we've gone all sorts of ways. At one point when Jeff was first starting barbering, we shopped as the money came in - things were that tight when the kids were small. We tried monthly - fail! Not enough room & when the family saw how much there was of stuff, they overate at the start so we'd be left stretching the last bit. My ideal is maybe twice a week, now that I am trying to learn to cook smaller amounts now the kids are leaving home.
