Heard about it in an interview that they recorded these all live and recorded all parts at the same time in a single day at the studio so I had to listen to it.
Anytime I feel depressed or unmotivated I come back and listen to this album. I don’t know what it is, if it’s the nostalgia or what but it helps me get back up! I love these unreleased songs.
it would be really cool if they rerecorded this EP since they are much better at music now... i still really like this album but even the band says this in and im quoting Jeremy "omg that album was so shitty"
So many bands never take the time and money on their first recordings. You think that it will be good enough and atleast people have something to listen to. Then after a few releases you learn when you take the time and money to properly record the quality is so much higher and then stuff starts to happen. However if your lucky a label will hear your not so great recordings, or see that people come to your shows and they sign a contract and give you a real recording budget! Regardless this is pretty good considering they did it in one day!
EXPunkstep was a bonus track for those who picked up the cd during first live show as an official band (Basically once all the members of the album And Their Name Was Treason were playing together) the CD was given out for free
