    I find them so addictive every time I go back to my brass piece I find myself going back to the wood the next day

    turbo wood 2m beautiful .sound on my trumpet once you get to know how to play with it. its more easy to get a nic e round sound .And great upper range.

    Interesting but yea... I think just a normal Lotus 3M in Brass is a great mouthpiece and it has way more control in how much you put into it and what comes out for example whispertones and going from pianissimo to real fortissimo for an audience with less blowing resulting in less mouthpiece preassure on the lips. A 2 piece system for the Brass mouthpieces would be great though. As an aspect of history, it is great seeing wooden mouthpieces, maybe they can do one that plays like these and looks like a renaissance pieces for that kind of music, it would propably revolutionize the renaissance trumpet playing. I myself would actually go the completely other direction and add more mass to a Bronze Lotus 3M mouthpiece like a megatoneweight.

      The tone of the TurboWood is different than brass, but I get your point.
