@Kimonotaku I certainly hope they're connected in terms of storyline. The characters are voiced by the same seiyuu as well, so the possibility is there (instead of being merely recycled designs).

@Darkrise714 nope *looking up a gamplay of it while i'm typing my response* but i like how that game (valkyria Chronicles) looks like you're in a manga.....or a cheesy batman episode from the 50s, but the game looks interesting.
@zixil3 The last few Shining Games have been released in the USA. Shining Force EXA was pretty awesome, had great voice acting and was a lot of fun. Been meaning to try Shining Tears but haven't gotten around to it.
@zixil3 Actually, it's been confirmed already by Sega in several articles this month. Check Siliconera or Andriasang, whichever you prefer and they say it up front that SB's gameplay will be influenced by VC's style. Turn based and ability to move around freely in battle with a certain limit.
