- Police working New Year’s Eve detail in Times Square were wounded by a machete-wielding man who struck multiple officers in the head in what law enforcement are investigating as a possible targeted attack. NBC New York’s Myles Miller reports.
The major news story here is that there are still cops in NY. Imagine sticking with the force amid public shaming, rising crime rate, and criminal policy that aids and abets criminals.
These officers are true heroes.

In Alabama, the criminals probably get a long sentence, but in New York, thanks to cashless bail, criminals will be back on the streets some time later

So if someone were charged with a crime in my they could be released with in a few days thanks to their weak laws.
