- The second stop on our Spanish Bouldering tour was Alcañiz, a relatively new area 2 1/2 hours west of Barcelona that is being compared to Joes Valley in the USA! Having climbed at Joes in the past and loved the amazing smooth black sandstone, we just had to go and check it out!
With only a few days before we had to meet some friends in Albarracin, we were never going to see all of this immense place on this trip, but had enough time to check out some classics, and even try one of the hardest boulders James had ever tried, Master and Cifuentes, 8B+...
Very smooth video. I liked the subtitles a lot =)
Wooow really is so beautiful
James, your video edits are looking hella suave. Love the style. This one might be my favorite yet!
Devin Braun thanks a lot, always nice to get some good feedback... I’ll try to make the next few even better!
Nice one guys! Always looking forward to your content.. Great to see you balancing parenting and some awesome climbing!
thanks 😀😀 IT is definitely possible...as long as your ok with bringing down the volume!!
Happy to see videos from Caro and James again! How are you finding traveling and climbing with baby Arthur? I'm sure bouldering trips make this a bit easier. Looking forward to more content from my favorite climbing couple!
Donovan Sweet although we’re not doing much travelling at this very moment, the Coronavirus is at least giving us plenty of time in front of our computer so I can finally reply! Before that, travelling with Arthur was a breeze! Obviously you need a few extra things, but he loves life on the road as his surroundings are changing all the time. Bouldering is definitely the easiest thing, but single pitch routes can work too if you have a good day. We tend to stick to boulders though as we’ve climbed routes together for the last 10 years and barely bouldered at all!
