Yeah they are. The Doc will win this in the long run, it's pretty obvious what is going on. Twitch paid his contract out so if there was actual wrong doing thst would have never happened

@@MaxstonWrightright but we don’t know if he knew she was a minor at the time. That’s a pretty important detail. I’m going to go with no he didn’t because he got busted and did no time. I don’t imagine anyone would keep quiet about something like that and not notify the authorities. Especially if these people are going to call him out for it on social media. It would be a bad look on them since they kept quiet and let someone like that on the loose.

Someone at Twitch apparently said "its worse than you think" and said that anything incriminating was sent to authorities for investigation so we won't see chat logs of anyone else released but it seems liek this happens more than we think.
But yeah, they absolutely are no better than him at this point, that's just insane, knowing their platform is 13+ aka has a lot of minors

Sad situation
Even the long follow-up tweet still had me a *little* skeptical bc of the way Cody handled it (trying to profit from the situation was quite diabolical) so I was willing to give him the benefit from the doubt but when the DM's with the trans woman sex worker came out, it shows he's a sexual deviant. It was weird
After seeing that, I was like "ok, it's lookin pretty bad" but what sealed the deal was the Twitch employees who remained confidential and came forward saying "it's worse than we think" AND Midnight Society cutting him out.
I never liked the guy, his "persona" (seems like his real personality) had a real negative vibe but I also wanted to sustain judgement until I had more information. A couple tweets is not enough for me to condemn someone for arguably one of the most heinous and horrible crimes you can commit.
You state "I never liked the guy" so you already have made judgment and that is all too clear to see.
He already had an official Police investigation four years ago when this all 1st came to light.
NO criminal charges pressed. Until such a time he is innocent of the things he is accused of and everything else is speculation and the names he has been labeled with are beyond acceptable.
@@ProAutist101 you’re very assumptive. He seemed like a genuinely good guy at first, but I say I never liked him because his persona of “Dr. disrespect” was a real douche bag. I don’t support that kind of behavior.
Him being a douche bag is forgivable, that has no bearing on the situation so I do not factor into the equation.
He admits to it + his former company even said that they found evidence that they’ve “had to act immediately” so while no chat logs have been revealed, there’s quite a lot of circumstantial evidence, some of which he admits to, and all of the signs point to him being a predator.
He admitted to messaging a minor. The way he handled the situation was very uncouth and very indicative of his “fuck everyone but me” attitude.
We all know that O.J. Simpson committed a murder, but he was found not guilty. Same situation here for all you or I know.
Even if he has not guilty, he messaged a minor and that is just incredibly creepy, not to mention he tried to arrange meet ups with her allegedly.
I would say the most damming piece of evidence is that he cheated on his wife, got private shows a sex worker and he messaged a minor all in the span of a year. This paints a picture of a sexual deviant. The way he treated the trans sex worker was disgusting. Cheating on his wife was disgusting. Texting a minor was disgusting. Considering his adulterous and lustful behavior, we can see that he is very, very likely guilty.

I read, i comment, you were found to be lacking in the impartiality department and i called you out on it.

He would have gotten the same amount of backlash if everyone got to know this info the day he got banned.
