اصولوں کا تقاضا ھے کہ جب اسمبلیاں اپنی مدت پوری کریں۔تو 90 دن میں الیکشن کرانا لازمی ھے۔ لیکن جو اپنی مرضی سے جب اور جس وقت چاھے اسمبلیاں بلا وجہ تحلیل کردے تو وھاں 90 دن کی شرط دم توڑ دے گی۔۔۔۔ بہرحال 2024 کا سال سازشیوں کے لئے خوشخبری لائے گا۔ کیونکہ ان کی سازش(ملک کے خلاف) پوری ھوگی۔

Question arises that Why provincial assemblies were dissolved with out any concrete reason or dissolved with a wish of any person is as per constitutional law .
Yes, there is no constitutional restraint over it. If any political party at any point of time believes that it's rightful democratic targets are not met or it is not delivering to the expectations of it's subjects, it has a rightful option to dissolve assembly it holds. Had it been in violation of any constitutional provision, your PDM would have challenged it in the court of law.
@@Shafqat-TVwhich court? The court who had given illogical and unconstitutional decision of 63 A ? Mind it, no one is here for ever, and each one of us is answerable to Allah subhanautaala here and hereafter....
@@syedmohemmedadil1933 he did it to force the govt to announce elections, but constitutionally it’s not an illegal act. If not court, at least PDM would’ve opposed it. But they didn’t, because they know it’s the right of any political party. Anyone in Pakistans politics would do such things. Imran khan certainly has made mistakes (though not unconstitutional), but so have all other parties.
This kind of politics happens all over the world. But the only difference between pakistan and the rest of the world is that army doesn’t interfere in politics. Things would always go the hay way if someone powerful interferes were it’s not supposed to. All the political parties in the past have criticized army when they were out of power. Come election, if the army offers them the govt then they start praising the army again.
@@syedmohemmedadil1933 Bottomline is, pakistan needs political stability. And that would come either letting political parties do their job (they’ll play their politics, but at least there won’t be chaos), or declaring military rule forever (which would mean less freedom, but there will be stability). This middle road will lead Pakistan to nowhere.
