If only Nigerian Educational system can put the 3 major languages as compulsory subjects in schools, it will create a peaceful nation. Imagine everyone in Nigeria speaking the three major languages more than English, we can have unity. I felt emotional watching this video 😢
Wow 💕 I really enjoyed this interview. I had goosebumps, when she said her mother is from Imo State, from Obowu and finally from Amuzi. I couldn't hide my excitement, she is my sister! I am from Obowu, Ikenanzizi, Alike to be precise and my mum is from Ndiuhu Amuzi. I was really trilled and listen to the interview to the end. To summarise the whole story, I speak Hausa, Igbo, French, German and of course English, but I regret not learning Yoruba, though I've got a lot of Yoruba friends. I think it's still not late to top up the Yoruba language at some point. Keep the good work you're doing Adedeji, much appreciated and I look forward to meeting you one day inshallah. We are really blessed in Nigeria. God bless you.
I am also a complete Nigerian. I am always happy for this. Especially when I go for shoppings. Let all the incomplete Nigerians make effort to be complete oh.
It is possible for all Nigerians to co-exist no matter the tribe or religion. I was born and bred in Bida, Niger State before the war and experienced the shared love of Christians and Muslims. I do not know how everything changed so much so that we now hate and cannot tolerate one another. How wonderful a country we would have been if we treated each other with mutual respect.
This is a knockout blow for all those ethnic bigots who think they can only (or should only) function within their tribe!!! This woman or Deji Odunlesi are not exceptional! Millions of Nigerians today have a mixed heritage of multiple ethnicities! Up and down this great country, Nigerians have integrated and intermingled with each other!! We should stop tribalism!!! We don't need government policies, we don't need compulsory education policies... All we should do is just to follow our natural instincts as human beings and as Nigerians!! God Bless us all ! 👊🏾🇳🇬👊🏾🇳🇬!
A very good morning to you my brother. Thank you so much for the wonderful work that you are doing. One of my friend here in Germany is from Obowo, I am going to share this video with him.
My brother its only GOD and you that can unite Nigeria, thank you my brother, keep going one day we will get it right ✅ and forget those things that divide us and hold tight to only things that unite us
This is beautiful. I love the flawless transition between the languages. Thank you, my brother, for highlighting our people who speak multiple of our languages. Not everyone is one or another. If you listen to some people tell it, there is so much division. It is important that we show that all of these divisions are nonsense.
