Master since many of us can't come there and practice offline, so this is my earnest request from you please upload a video where we can do only one exercise with home equipment everyday (kinda activity which we use to perform daily but we don't know how to use in kungfu) and later u tell us the application. Just like in karate kid movie

The steps in the lunge and squat (mabu-gunbu) should take into account the correct line of impact and are not performed in one line to it. The foot closest to the opponent should be placed to the side at its length for proper stability in movement.

I have a question, is it good to train during raining? I'm getting stronger legs thanks to your exercises :)
A really good question. We actually often train in the rain as it often rains here in Ireland and find it a very mindful and empowering experience, it can help you feel more grounded and feel close to nature and takes you deeper into your kung fu practice. But if you suffer from any conditions such as arthritis then I would not recommend training in the rain. Hope this helps.

These are the coolest kungfu stances I have seen - and Ive seen alot.. these students are rocking it! WOW. amazing to watch. thank you, Shifu.
I am interested in why the verses are (apparently) on a line when turning into the forward position. So I'm very unstable. Other masters (styles) would say that it is so wrong and that you have to stand shoulder width apart for stability. Please explain it once.

When you join at the website will you learn just from Shifu? Does Shifu teach this level of training or does he let his senior students teach ? I would only want to from Shifu only.
Classes are taught by both Shifu and his senior students. Shifu Yan Xin does the weapons class, Monday shaolin wellness and Level 2 shaolin Warrior classes at the moment. Also you get access to all of recorded online courses which are taught by Shifu. Hope this helps. 😄
Master! That's great practice. If it's ok, I have one question. I do qigong training every morning, noon, evening. And I love do qigong in the morning in my beautiful nature place. However, in the summer, there is a difficult part because of mosquitoes and insects. Should I practice in my quiet and cozy living room to avoid bugs? Or is it better to spray medicine and do it in the beautiful nature? I love do it in thr nature but i'm not sure its ok there with medicine spray or not. If you give me an answer, I will do it as your answer.

😊 Do the movements while stay at same spot, Lifting your feets up instead moving your feet’s forward, give a try. I will try explain about special foot work maybe in other video.

With the stance where your weight is on your forward leg, where is the knee relative to the foot? Some had their knee in line with their toes, others had their knee directly above their heel.
I was initially taught knee over the toe, heel paper's width off the ground. As the legs are the foundation of every movement, I would like to know if my footwork is correct.
