@@terrace1 hi, INC typically means an increase, where you put two single crochets in a single stitch. i think this meant to put an increase for the 3s. i haven't watched the video but that's how i understood it.
@@terrace1 i just watched R1, i will explain as much as possible:
for the first three stitches, they put single crochet
for the fourth stitch, they did an inc
after this, they turned their work over (1:03)
did three more single crochet
and at the last stitch (the first stitch with the stitch marker) they did an inc again
i understand it is a bit confusing without dialogue, but the video is very helpful in showing what needs to be done. good luck!
