Dr Miguna, I'm not a fun of yours. But i sometimes like what you say especially when you castigate thieves. You try to suggest remedies of theft in general terms. I'll help you. Our problem is to let those thieves keep their stolen wealth after they exit power. Ask yourself, why does Moi, Uhuru and their cronies keep the wealth they grabbed. They continue to enjoy huge perks over and above their stolen billions. They enjoy massive privileges including security for themselves, their properties and their children. Remember all of them denied the poor Kenyans that security. Many kenyans are killed or tortured like Miguna. If Uhuru could be denied these privileges, would Zakayo dare steal or kill people? And , trust me, Zakayo would not dare to violate the constitution because he will be aware a heavy punishment awaits him.
