I took screen shots of the drawing, and printed it at 105 percent. It would have to be printed at about 115-120% or so to make it as big as the video cat.
The drawing is slightly off when printed. The pieces that move the eyes need to be slightly reshaped, and the pin/dowel hole for the front leg needs to be repositioned. The weird shaped hole needs to be slightly bigger toward the front and shaped to fit the pivoting piece in order to get the full range of motion for the pivoting front leg. The mark for drilling the tail pin is not shown in the drawings, and you have to figure out where to drill that also. It’s a little frustrating making the first/prototype. Then you can take it apart and trace it to make a template that works for additional cats. In addition, I made two extra feet to glue on the reverse side for symmetry and to have it look good from both sides.

Big or small size doesn't matter, as long as you ensure the thickness and main proportion of the pieces, good luck!

I understand you can do screen shots of your templates but I dont understand the measurements that are in the drawings? For example what is your 14mm dimension measuring on the one page with multiple pieces?

Well, 14mm is the thickness of a group of parts with the same thickness of 14mm. I will improve a lot in the following videos, thank you for your interest!!!
