I am going to buy the top of the line Panos as soon as I find they can take the ECOTI thermal vision device. Where are the rubber eye cups to hide your IR signature for near peer adversaries ? Nice job on the crystal blending keeping the seam tight. Plus the articulating bridge is an outstanding enhancement. What FOM rating are you using and are you in line with Aviation Tube Grade quality.
Waiting for the next design iteration of "affordable" fusion units. Hopefully not too much longer. Diggin' the idea of a removable pod to hand to a buddy, observation, etc. Not understanding the purge issue though. What's the deal with the mounting point design where you'd lose purge if removing the pods? Unless I heard something incorrectly or misunderstood.
Waiting for an affordable blend of nv, thermal, range finding, binocular goggles or lens that can record live feed with audio in a reasonably small yet durable package. Well, I guess I'm just dreaming.
They do, that's the tanto and daisho! it already exists. This gives you another upgrade path that results in a more full system instead of being able to take them apart so you have two different options now. The tanto is great for exactly the reason you mentioned!
@@ThinLineDefenseCono just if there isn’t enough beef. They really should be using torx head screws at a minimum. They are stronger and infinitely more professional looking. Especially at that price point. Phillips= Home Depot.
ehhh not really... you're looking at 4 sets of optics at 800-1000 each 4 tubes at 2k each or more and a housing I can understand this argument but the cost for each assembly... times 4. well it's kinda dumb to think they pocket 90% with the costs of all the pieces if you did it yourself
@ThinLineDefenseCo that is true but i do believe for the most part we are getting ripped i got 4 grand in mine and I believe truly they probably cost 6 to 8 hundred to build
@@tacticalrenegade327Then you have ZERO understanding of how analog image intensifier tubes are made.. It is literally the closest thing to magic or alchemy or quantum fucking physics I’ve ever seen that exists in the real world. Some are manufactured to a tolerance measured in microns (1 micron = one thousandth of one millimeter). The chinese panos from argus are $8000 before adding image tubes for comparison. And those they didnt develop anything new, they just copied an existing design. And its made in china, ours is USA made. So if anyone is ripping you off it is products like that where the cost of production is significantly lower, especially if we can offer them at basically the same price but US made.
The new mount and the new panos are gamechangers. Nice job Nocturn!!
Most innovative NV optics company on the planet! Absolutely unbelievable!
$15k for panos is unreal!
It is still not quite obtainable for most people.
Yeah I'm gonna start putting away some money now....this time next year I might be able to get a set.
Was real for quite some time now
@@MrKingArthurhkin reach for a lot more people then 40k panos
That's housing only playa
I’m so freaking excited about what Nocturn’s up to.
this guy actually knows the product
The Talon is a big winner for me, although it was odd they didn't list weight. I was waffling on the Tanto a bit because I did want the manual gain.
don't quote me... but I'm pretty sure the IR light is adjustable also
Alpha mount came in more expensive then we expected!
THIS is promesing!
Can these be switched out with a thermal?

The panos use a PVS14 front optic, so any ECOTI type device that works with a PVS14 should work on the panos just fine
@ ok I will call or email the store and get the full details I need FDE housing and bridge. Using a battery pack. Thanks 🇺🇸
9:57 how old are they?
Looking forward to the mount
I hear you....I want that alpha mount now

Will manual gain be compatible with current articulating design?
Very nice.
No mention of the panned daisho or did i miss it?
I can ask! I think these were just the stars they wanted to share
Chimera quads UAPNNVBG When will it release?
I’m worried by the time I save up for this, they’ll up the price

Why would you not make the system maintain seal when changing config? Silly design.

2:43 and what do we have here
y yo con un viejo dipol 128 ....
Why are they suspiciously cheap?
Man I was hoping Panos would be 8-10k instead of 15.
4 tubes alone are roughly $4000-$18000 depending on which kind you purchase. The complete housing with optics is $8500 msrp.

hahah let's hope not!

We use torx head screws. The only phillips head screw we would ever use is the nylon purge screw.
8500 for a dewalt drill housing + camera glass is what im hearing
I'd expect my forearm to be smarter but then again... probably not
Seems like they copied MH1.
if you didn't know what the mh1 is ... sure
if you do, no
