Lvl 99 just means he plays a lot doesn’t mean they are good I play both Victim and family but I’m def a better family player than victim and when I play victim I’m only good with Leland and Sonny

@@b58naki go to your skill tree and hit the respec button (Y if you are playing xbox). Then you have to go through the tree, picking paths again. All accessed from customization at home screen and selecting the character you want.

Saboteur is how Danny's Tamper ability should work. Just make things stay open long. The instant tamper and unable to depressurize the valve is bs.
